Before you choose

Kakobuy order checklist for listings, QC photos, and shipping decisions.

Use this checklist when a spreadsheet row looks promising. It helps you decide whether to save it, order it, question it after warehouse QC, or remove it before international shipping.

Quick answer

Before ordering, confirm the source listing, size, color, and seller photos. Before shipping, use QC photos, weight, volume, and route limits to decide whether the item still belongs in the parcel.

Fast rule

If the item fails at the listing stage, do not hope QC will fix it.

A good checklist saves attention for the rows that deserve it. If the photos are weak, the sizing is unclear, or the source page does not match the spreadsheet row, move to the backup.

Before saving

Confirm the item type, category, visible photos, likely size, color options, and whether the title matches what you were searching for.

Before ordering

Open the source listing, check stock and options, read seller notes, and make sure the details you need are available before paying Kakobuy.

Before shipping

Review QC photos, packaging, weight, route limits, and whether every item in the parcel still makes sense together.

Checks by category

  • Shoes and sneakers: check the sole shape, toe box, material texture, size chart, and whether the product photos match the option you want.
  • Bags: look at scale, strap length, inner photos, hardware, closure type, and whether the bag may ship as bulky volume.
  • Hoodies, shirts, jackets, pants: care about garment measurements, fabric weight, print placement, sleeve length, and fit notes.
  • Jewelry and watches: zoom in on finish, clasp, dial, stones, bracelet length, and close-up clarity.

Checks that are easy to skip

Price is easy to compare, so it gets too much attention. Fit, material, domestic shipping, route restrictions, and warehouse QC can matter more. A cheap row is not useful if it creates a return, a bad fit, or a shipping problem.

Detailed review

Use this table when you are close to ordering.

Kakobuy order checks before saving, ordering, and shipping
Check Good sign Slow down when
Category match The item belongs in the section you opened and matches your original search. The title is vague, or the row feels like it was dropped into the wrong category.
Source listing The source page is active, options are clear, and the photos match the spreadsheet row. The link redirects strangely, options are missing, or the visible product does not match the saved row.
Photos You can see shape, material, color, and the details that matter for that category. There is one image, heavy filters, no close-up, or no photo of the specific option.
Fit or dimensions There is enough sizing context for the item type. Shoes, pants, hoodies, bags, watches, or jewelry have no helpful measurements.
QC photos The warehouse photos show the front, back, details, tags, color, and any measurement you requested. QC angles hide the part you care about or reveal a mismatch with the selected option.
Shipping fit The item makes sense for the parcel weight, volume, route, and delivery priority. The item is bulky, fragile, restricted, or likely to make the parcel much more expensive.
Backup option You have one similar row in the same category if stock changes or QC is weak. Your whole plan depends on one listing staying available and arriving correctly.

Questions to send with the order

  • Ask Kakobuy to confirm size, color, or option name if the listing uses confusing labels.
  • Request a measurement photo when fit is the main risk.
  • Mention visible defects you want checked during warehouse QC.
  • Ask about packaging only when it changes the shipping decision.

Reasons to remove an item

  • The source listing changed after you saved it.
  • QC photos show a different color, size, shape, or important detail.
  • The item adds too much volume or risk to the parcel.
  • You only kept it because it was cheap, not because it fits the order.
Use it now

Open the section, shortlist a few rows, then check them in stages.

The spreadsheet helps you find candidates. The checklist helps you decide which candidates deserve money, warehouse space, and international shipping.
